When I was doing my grocery shopping this morning, I saw these purple cauliflower from Salinas at Whole Foods Market selling for $1.99 a pound. Aren't they beautiful? I didn't get any because purple cauliflower wasn't in my plans for this weekend, but I definitely am going to look for these again next weekend and maybe try to create something out of it? Maybe a crunchy salad?

Yes, using that purple cauliflower in an uncooked salad would be a fabulous idea! I would be afraid that cooking it might cause the cauliflower to lose its gorgeous, crimson color. (Like how red onions become brown onions in the pot.) Love to see what you make with it next weekend!
