He should have chosen a dish that showed off his culinary chops. (Jeffrey was the person that I picked after 5 minutes of the first episode, that I thought would go home first) I was never a fan of him or for that matter, any of the male contestants with the exception of Michael. He (Michael) has mad skills and talent, I hope the we hear from him soon. Michael was his own worst enemy, and I seriously doubt that he would have had a fan base outside of the urban areas of the US. I would love to spend a culinary weekend with Michael in SF, Berkeley, & Oakland.

Brett, Teddy, and Eddy oh my, would never want them on my team, unless I had eyes on the back of my head. The biggest trio of cut throats that I have seen in ages.Terry S.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-18012910177600708472009-08-09T22:58:12.941-07:002009-08-09T22:58:12.941-07:00I hated that Melissa won. Melissa is frantic and I never got over the episode where she needed help - then the ones that helped got raked over the coals. I don't know if the judges were sympathetic to her after that and that's why she kept on advancing...Stephanienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-90207821876276606732009-08-09T16:09:30.900-07:002009-08-09T16:09:30.900-07:00Just watched the premiere of Melissa's $10 Din...Just watched the premiere of Melissa's $10 Dinners show and it wasn't too bad. She did seem a bit frantic like her old self at times but overall it was a good first effort. I only wished they broke down the costs of the ingredients to see if it all added up to $10. We had to just take her word that her potato tort of potatoes, cream, gruyere cheese and bacon with flour and butter for the crust all came out to $4, and then salad she made was $3 and the apple sauce granta with yogurt sauce filled out the rest. Really? I don't think so. Still, it was interesting and I probably would watch again. She does like telling stories!Single Guy Benhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02496236420566420946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-37826688133916149152009-08-04T14:09:32.402-07:002009-08-04T14:09:32.402-07:00Jeffrey's show idea was wonderful. And he didn't look down when he was slicing the steak! Looked dangerous to me. And he seemed that he was trying to be energetic, where Melissa just seemed to be naturally hyper. Don't know if I could watch her for a half hour, though. Maybe with the sound down. There's always next season.suenjcanoreply@blogger.com
