I just put the entire can into a plastic container and put it in the freezer. Now I have to defrost it and freeze them again into cubes because I'm pretty sure I'm not going to use the rest of the can peppers for the next time. I mean, I do like the earthy taste of the chipotle, just as long as it's not burning my tongue.Single Guy Benhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02496236420566420946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-53829946670817807272010-02-25T17:38:02.448-08:002010-02-25T17:38:02.448-08:00You are so funny! One person was really mad that we'd unleashed that chili on her!

That all said, I'd love to see you make it to your own taste with the heat.Mark Scarbroughhttp://www.realfoodhascurves.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-67519642064433708042010-02-25T11:10:37.841-08:002010-02-25T11:10:37.841-08:00Hey! Mr. K loves those canned chipotle peppers, so using an ice tray, I place one pepper per cube with adobo sauce, freeze overnight, then put all into a ziplock. That way I can pull just one out whenever I need it. That's also why my freezer is jam packed full of zip lock bags containing, who knows what... anyways, a whole can must have been spicy. I can't imagine!foodhoehttp://foodhoe.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-17398804264338462502010-02-24T22:13:20.872-08:002010-02-24T22:13:20.872-08:00You're funny! And I have done the same thing so many times--misread an ingredient amount and screwed up a recipe, or not read a recipe all the way through and made some crucial error. Sounds like this wasn't really a keeper anyway, though, crazy hotness aside. Oh well, the pictures look nice!Hungry Doghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09176958081093165894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-63176862418664429372010-02-24T12:41:06.060-08:002010-02-24T12:41:06.060-08:00Heck with all the healthy food, I'm going to k...Heck with all the healthy food, I'm going to keep voting for the fried stuff or things full of butter!Mrs. Lhttp://watkinslynn.typepad.com/pages_pucks_and_pantry/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34927862.post-49475568208198341442010-02-24T09:03:25.944-08:002010-02-24T09:03:25.944-08:00Crazy-I remember reading someone else made the sam...Crazy-I remember reading someone else made the same mistake with the chiles in a different recipe, so you are not alone.
