You are killing me with this! I'm still hurt because they were closed for vacation when we went there last month. I've got such a craving for these...arrrrgggh.
My favorite types of dahn tat are the ones you get off the dim sum carts because they're hot and fresh. When I go to the Chinese bakeries here in Seattle, the dahn tats are usually cold and have been sitting there for at least a few hours. Pity me.
